This restaurant is also recognized for its high-quality towers, which feature raw bar favorites such as oysters, tuna tartare, salmon crudo, cracked king crab, shrimp cocktail, and whole lobster. Add to that a large selection of wines by the glass, twenty local beers on tap, handmade mixed drinks, and a 2,000-square-foot retractable roof patio. It’s no surprise that this location is famous.
